Modupe embarked on her professional career in the banking industry after graduating from law school in 1995. For over a decade, she honed her skills in both corporate and retail banking sectors, gaining invaluable expertise and insights into the financial world. Seeking to empower small businesses in Lagos, Nigeria, Modupe later established a microfinance company, supporting the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

In December 2006, Modupe and her family made the life-changing decision to migrate to Canada. Eager to embrace new opportunities, she embarked on a journey of professional development and growth. By April 2008, Modupe earned the esteemed designation of Certified Business Analysis Professional, showcasing her expertise in analyzing and improving business processes.

Never one to shy away from academic pursuits, Modupe pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the prestigious Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Her graduation in January 2011 marked the culmination of her dedication to furthering her knowledge and skills in business management.

Building upon her diverse skill set, Modupe transitioned into the mortgage industry, working as a mortgage broker with Mortgage Brokers.com. This role allowed her to leverage her financial expertise while assisting individuals and families in achieving their homeownership dreams. In January 2014, Modupe's unwavering commitment to the legal profession led her to be called to the Ontario Bar, and in April 2014, she opened her own law practice, specializing in Family Law and Estates Law.

Modupe's academic accomplishments are equally remarkable. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Lagos State University in Nigeria, enabling her to practice law in multiple jurisdictions, including Nigeria and Ontario, Canada. Her commitment to professional excellence is evident through her certifications, which include being a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and holding a Certificate in Mediation from York University in Toronto, Canada.

As a visionary entrepreneur, Modupe is the founder of TWM Studios Inc., a production company responsible for the Talk with Mo show, which she passionately hosts.
